Esteban is a Project Manager at JKA where he works on both housing and commercial projects. During his eight years at JKA, he has been the lead designer for and overseen several multifamily housing projects from early schematic design through to construction administration. His experience collaborating with contractors and clients both onsite and in office has offered valuable insight into how to identify and address potential construction phase challenges during the design phase of a project. He has also overseen several commercial projects including, two carwashes, and a retail center. Esteban serves as the point person for technical questions and challenges with architectural software such as Revit & has helped JKA to implement standardized modeling and drafting practices.

He strides to be considerate of client’s needs, adapts to budget constraints, and understands that the design process is ever evolving, no two projects being the same.
