Chris Sullivan is the Director of Architecture at JKA and manages all architecture projects including commercial, mixed-use, and multifam- ily and transitional housing. Since starting at JKA, Chris has overseen 1,400 units of affordable housing, tenant improvements for the Council District 5 Field Office, and the new Transmission and Distribution Office for the Santa Clarita Water Valley Agency. He has developed more rigorous quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure a productive workflow among the JKA design team. At JKA, Chris looks for ways to integrate new architectural technologies to find solutions to the housing shortage in Los Angeles.

With his wide range of experience, Chris has developed expertise for managing fast-paced projects with demanding schedules, maintain- ing a high level of quality and precision to keep each project on track.
