Calabasas Decision Maker Workshop

Last week, JKA participated in a City of Calabasas Architectural Review Panel and Planning Commission joint Study Session and discussed takeaways from the community survey results. JKA then presented a draft framework (above) for the ODS document which facilitated discussion amongst the ARP/PC about architectural styles and the importance of specific yet flexible design standards for multifamily and mixed-use projects.
