Palm Desert Hillside Residential Standards Adoption

Another adoption post! The Palm Desert Hillside Residential Design Standards were adopted this past spring. These standards intend to blend the design and placement of buildings in the existing and natural hillside environment while protecting major ridges, public lands, and environmentally sensitive areas.
