Ventura ODS Update

The JKA Urban Design team has been hard at work on the Ventura Multifamily, Mixed-Use, and Commercial Objective Design Standards this summer. A public review draft was shown to the Design Review Committee, Planning Commission, and the Working Architect Group. Feedback discussions included how to best implement a scorecard system for design standards to ensure high-quality design while still allowing for flexibility. Next month, the draft will be shown to the City Council!
