Palm Desert View Study

Last week, JKA met with the Palm Desert City council to introduce the Palm Desert View Study project! The urban design team presented methodologies for defining Palm Desert views for this exercise which focuses on conserving views of the surrounding mountain ranges from the public realm. Using observations from a staff led tour last month, the views are categorized as either corridor view, open space view, or key site view. JKA will next present a draft framework of recommendations in the fall.
