Calabasas Multifamily and Mixed-Use Objective Design Standards Adoption

The Calabasas Multifamily and Mixed-Use Objective Design Standards were adopted last week on 5/27! Thanks to Quixotic Nature-Based Solutions, City staff, decision-makers, and community members for helping us make it happen. The resulting design standards help ensure that the traditions, details, identity, and qualities that Calabasas has developed through adopted policies and review processes over four decades continue to exert its presence and qualities in each future project.
