2025 Strategic Plan

Between June 2024 and April 2025, the JKA team internally led a new strategic planning process. All staff were given the opportunity to provide feedback about the firm and its goals throughout a series of surveys, workshops, and focus groups, with implementation and final documents being distributed amongst volunteer team members.
