Calabasas ODS Resident Survey

JKA asked Calabasas residents to indicate what architectural styles and components they felt best represented their city. Survey respondents indicated their preferences for frontage elements such as recessed entryways and trellises, and neutral colors such as white, beige, and cream being the most desirable in Calabasas. Respondents also indicated that building shape and size and roof profiles were the most important in defining Calabasas character. JKA will take these considerations into account when developing the City’s single-family and mixed-use objective design standards.
