25 Years of JKA: 2004

In 2004, JKA designed a two-story garage addition to an existing 1950’s era modern home in the foothills of Beverly Hills. The design provides a light and airy entryway leading to the older portions of the “Case Study” era post and beam home. Up a stair, a new bedroom and office are perched in the branches of an existing mature oak tree that the design maintained.
