JKA was asked by the client to design a new, four story, fifteen dwelling unit, Tier 2 project, utilizing TOC program incentives to increase the allowable density and Floor Area Ratio (FAR). On a 7,060 square foot lot, the proposed building provides ample space for the units and other amenities.
