JKA in Vegas!

JKA takes Vegas! The JKA Urban Design team is working as a subconsultant to Goebel Partners for Clark County’s Stadium District Overlay that implements the community’s vision for the area surrounding Allegiant Stadium and provides a clear framework for future development and redevelopment. The team battled 110 degree temperatures as they were led on a site tour of the stadium and its surroundings. The update is intended to support a vibrant, mixed-use district that complements stadium operations while creating an active destination before, during, and beyond event days.
