Calabasas Planning Commision

JKA met with the City of Calabasas Planning Commission to discuss the public hearing draft of the Calabasas Multifamily and Mixed-Use Objective Design Standards and discussed a broad range of ODS topics including landscape and color. City Staff asked the Planning Commission to adopt the resolution recommending the City Council approval of the ODS which was approved 5-0. The final draft is anticipated to be approved in April!
