Ventura ODS Kick-Off

Last week, JKA kicked off a new objective design standards project for the City of Ventura! Over the last year, the City held listening sessions with the Design Review Committee and stakeholders, where JKA gained insight into Ventura community character. These observations will be used to help translate Ventura’s eclectic design character into objective language that can be understood by applicants.
