Laguna Beach ODS Kick-Off!

Last week, the JKA urban design team went on a beach getaway to relax under the sun… and to kick off more objective design standards! The City of Laguna Beach gave JKA a tour of single-family neighborhoods to help the team identify what kinds of architectural styles and community character exist in the city, particularly amongst single-family developments. JKA’s observations will be used to write new objective design standards that are ultimately a part of the Laguna Beach Comprehensive Zoning Code Update 🏖
