Vermont Construction Update

Construction on our Vermont Avenue and 45th St. apartments recently topped out! Utilizing the City of Los Angeles Transit Oriented Communities program, the building's approval incorporates 34 units with four affordable dwellings. Apartments feature large balconies, a fifth floor terrace, and ground floor gym. With three colors of stucco, the use of glass block at the ground level, and modulated upper level plans, the design establishes a taller corner presence and identity at the Vermont intersection and a sense of massing rhythm and more intricate, stepped down scale along 45th St.
