Palm Desert Downtown and Hillside ODS Kickoff!

Photos from the Palm Desert Downtown & Hillside ODS kickoff yesterday in the blazing heat! Thanks to Nick Melloni and the City of Palm Desert for giving JKA a tour of the downtown area, stopping at important multifamily projects and opportunity sites. The team battled against triple digits (105 degrees🥵🔥) and trekked through Palm Desert’s main downtown streets, El Paseo and Highway 111. JKA also took a little detour to see the Desert Wave House and the Sandpiper Condominiums (and some cacti).
