The City of Culver City tasked JKA to identify opportunity sites for conversion to affordable housing. JKA provided planning, architecture and cost estimating services to the City to conceptually identify and prioritize the cost of adaptively reusing existing motel sites and structures for affordable and transitional housing. The City is now working towards the second phase of implementation.
