A+N Apartments

JKA was asked by the client to design a 5 story, 90 unit apartment complex in the West Adams neighborhood. Consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom units, the apartment sits on a major commercial corridor and blends in contextually to the surrounding area. The building has unique features like stacked northwest corner balconies and faux wood paneling on the facade that adds a different texture to the building. There are commonplace amenities such as several recreation areas, a gym, and notably and amphitheater area where residents can gather and spend time. This project recently received approval from the Policy Committee and North Area Neighborhood Development Council and is now currently in plan check.
