The interior features an open plan on the ground floor that opens on to a rear patio. Fireplaces are featured in the living room and master bedroom. The upper floor includes a study niche with built in shelving off the two-story entrance.

The main façade of each house fronts a shared driveway designed as a common gathering area. The roof planes and materials palette blend seamlessly into the local context yet suggest a contemporary re- interpretation of Los Angeles' suburban life-style.
