This infill design places eight luxury houses around a quiet key-shaped cul-de-sac lane located one-half block from a Metro Orange Line bus rapid transit stop in the west San Fernando Valley.

The 2-story, 3000 square foot houses include three or four bedrooms, each with a private bath. The contemporary design features stucco planes interspersed with cement panel siding. Contextual relationships with surrounding homes are established through use of pitched roofs. The project as a whole incorporates generous landscape buffers oriented to sidewalks to realize both a sense of connection between the homes and the public realm, as wall as a sense of privacy.

The project was approved by the Tarzana Neighborhood Council Land Use Committee and fully entitled by the City of Los Angeles
