JKA, working with real estate developers Intelligent Design and Chandler Pratt & Partners, is providing architectural design services for a 46-unit condominium in Hollywood.
Initially, JKA provided pre-design services to determine the feasibility for the potential development of the condominium. Tasks included establishing grade level parking capacity, dwelling unit capacity, and gross, overall floor plans.
JKA is currently developing schematic designs, based on concepts provided by the Client, of a four-level building with an additional two levels of semi-subterranean and subterranean parking.
